You have already made the first step towards making things better

If you have suffered harm, or are in danger call 999
If this is an emergency please contact 999.

An emergency is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk. These can include:

  • loss of consciousness
  • an acute confused state
  • fits that are not stopping
  • chest pain
  • breathing difficulties
  • severe bleeding that cannot be stopped

  • Call 999 immediately if you or someone else is having a heart attack or stroke. Every second counts with these conditions.

Also call 999 if you think someone has had a major trauma, such as after a serious road traffic accident, a stabbing, a shooting, a fall from height, or a serious head injury.

If this is not an emergency, please read-on and complete the form.

What happens now?

Please complete the form on this page in as much detail as possible.

If you are reporting a concern about someone else, we will not use your name if we need to discuss it with them.

If your concern is regarding a suspected physical or sexual assault please report this immediately to the police.

What happens next?

The completed form will be emailed to the safeguarding team. They will review the information on it and decide what to do next. We will treat all concerns in the strictest confidence.
